US Orders
All orders shipping to a U.S. address will ship via FedEx, and signature confirmation is required (except for military addresses, which ship via USPS). All shipments are packaged in nondescript packaging. You may select Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping.
US Standard shipping takes approximately 6-9 business days from the order date. Shipping is free for Runway⁺ members and $20 in all other cases.
Expedited shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive from the order date and is only available for shipments within the U.S. Shipping is $50 in all cases.
Orders placed after 4 pm ET Monday through Thursday will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 4 pm EST on Friday will begin processing on Monday. Fulfillments are not processed on weekends and federal holidays. Depending on the shipping method, you can expect to receive your tracking details 3-5 business days before your order ships.
- International Shipping
We ship internationally to the following countries only for now: Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Czechia, Australia, Dubai, UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Panama.
International shipping will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive from the order date. We ship internationally with FedEx. Shipping fee is $75 for all international orders
Please note that Runway Insider will calculate and collect Import Duties and Taxes at checkout for international orders, so customers do not have to pay the fees upon delivery.
Delivery delays may occur due to external factors, including customs clearance. Items made of exotic materials cannot be shipped outside the US. No returns are accepted for international purchases. All shipments are tracked.
We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed.
Runway Insider accepts U.S. returns for a full refund if the return is requested online through your runwayinsider.com account within 7 days of in-store purchase or delivery of an online order (as proven by the tracking number). Initial shipping costs (if any) are nonrefundable; no return fees apply for Runway+ members. In all other cases, a return fee per item applies:

To be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition as originally described on the product page, have the original Runway Insider tags attached, and ship from a US address. Runway Insider does not accept returns in stores, whether for online or in-store purchases, as all returns must be shipped to our warehouse for inspection and processing.
Return Restrictions
Runway Insider monitors all customer return activity. For customers with a return rate exceeding 30% in a 12-month period, return fees will be doubled, and additional restrictions, including the right to purchase, will be imposed.
Rebag cannot accept international returns. If an international package is returned to Runway Insider, you will be responsible for all incurred fees.
Runway Insider's return policy does not apply to Final Sale items. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
Runway Insider is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your returns while they are in transit until they are received and inspected by Runway Insider (and we confirm the item(s) are accounted for and in their original condition).
